"When my husband and I decided it was time to look for another house we needed the assistance of a professional. We looked around and considered other agents however is was Helen Forde's professionalism in finding us exactly what we wanted and helping us to price our house to sell quickly that made our decision final.
I should note at this point the selling of our house was quite quick and painless. Helen gave us excellent guidance with regards to "decluttering" our house. She was empathetic to our needs. I run a child care from my house and therefore could not leave at the drop of a hat. It took some juggling but our house sold in 6 days. Helen was quick to market our house, and answer our many phone calls and questions. I know there were many times we took Helen away from her family and we truly appreciate her dedication.
